Enquiries and admissions

If you contact the school by telephone or in person about admission, we record the details you give us — the child’s name and age, the parent or guardian’s name, and contact details — to process the enquiry and, if the child is enrolled, to keep the pupil records required for school administration and for reporting to the Ministry of Basic Education.

Photographs of learners

Photographs from graduations, sports and cultural events are published on this site and on the school’s social media with the consent of parents and guardians. Consent can be withdrawn at any time: tell the school office which image concerns your child and it will be removed.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal data and do not share it with advertisers. Information is disclosed only where school administration requires it — for example examination registration with the relevant authorities — or where the law obliges us. Pupil records are kept for as long as the school is required to hold them; website log data is kept only briefly.

Your rights

You may ask what data we hold about you or your child, ask for it to be corrected, and ask for it to be deleted where we are not required to keep it. Requests can be made in person at the campus or by telephone.
